This Privacy Policy describes how hollertags.shop handles personal information when you visit our storefront, place an order, communicate with us, or request support. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating hollertags.shop. Contact details for privacy questions and requests appear below.
We obtain information directly from you, automatically through operation of the storefront, and from providers handling payments, hosting, fulfillment, delivery, and fraud prevention. Please provide only information relevant to your request and avoid sending passwords or complete payment-card details by email.
We use personal information to receive and fulfill orders, arrange payments and delivery, send transactional messages, process returns and refunds, respond to questions, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use operational information to diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the shopping experience.
Where we send promotional email, we do so in accordance with applicable consent and marketing rules. You can unsubscribe using the message's unsubscribe mechanism or contact us. Opting out of promotions does not prevent order confirmations, delivery notices, security messages, or other necessary service communications.
We disclose relevant information to service providers that support the storefront and order process, including Shopify as our commerce platform, payment processors, delivery carriers, fulfillment providers, technical-support providers, and professional advisers. We limit disclosures to the functions involved and applicable legal requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal demand, protect legal rights, investigate fraud, or address security incidents. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant records may be transferred subject to appropriate protections and any required notice.
Shopify and payment providers may process certain information for their own legal, security, and service purposes. Their separate notices explain those activities. See Shopify's Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy controls. Your purchase contract remains with our store.
Our baseline storefront uses cookies and similar technologies for cart functionality, session continuity, checkout, preferences, and security. You may control cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent parts of the store from functioning.
Under this policy, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or permit advertising partners to track your activity across unrelated websites through our store. We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Shopify enhanced services that combine customer information across merchants for advertising under this baseline policy.
Our storefront does not change its necessary operational processing in response to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. A legally recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, is treated as an opt-out of any sale or sharing to which applicable law entitles you. Such a signal does not prevent processing needed to complete your requested transaction.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order support, accounting, tax requirements, fraud prevention, and the establishment or defense of legal claims. Retention depends on the information's nature, the transaction, applicable obligations, and any unresolved dispute. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe an order or communication associated with our store has been compromised.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, learn about disclosures, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights.
For a request, email gmin9523@gmail.com or call +1 847 0235470. Describe the request and provide information sufficient to locate the relevant records. We may proportionately verify your identity and, where an authorized agent acts for you, the agent's authority. We do not require creation of an account to submit a request.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, we respond to qualifying access, correction, and deletion requests within 45 calendar days, subject to a permitted extension with notice. Different requests may carry different legal deadlines. We explain any lawful refusal or limitation. We do not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.
Information required to fulfill an order, keep legally required records, prevent fraud, or address a legal claim may be retained despite a deletion request. If applicable law provides an appeal process, contact us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject and explain your concern.
Our store is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards apply to international transfers. This policy does not ask you to waive protections that apply to your information.
Different participants in a transaction can hold different records. We use the customer and order information available to us to administer the purchase and provide support. A payment provider may separately maintain payment authentication and dispute records, while a carrier may hold routing, delivery, signature, and delivery-photograph information. Their handling of information may be governed by their own notices and legal duties.
A request sent to us covers information for which we are responsible and the assistance we are legally required to obtain from our providers. We will explain when a request concerns a separate provider's independently controlled records. Referring you to a provider does not release us from our own responsibilities for information disclosed through our store.
You may supply another person's delivery details when arranging a gift or an authorized purchase. Provide only the information needed to complete that request and ensure you have an appropriate reason to provide it. We use a recipient's delivery information for the transaction and related support; receiving a gift does not by itself constitute agreement to receive marketing.
When a person asks about an order placed by someone else, we may need to confirm their authority before revealing information, changing an address, or discussing a payment. Verification should reflect the sensitivity of the action. A request for general product information ordinarily does not require identity verification.
Checkout may require payment details necessary for the method you select. Do not assume that a payment processor's collection of a card credential means our support team can see the complete credential. We use payment status and the limited transaction information made available to us for order administration, fraud checks, refunds, and dispute resolution.
We do not ask customers to send passwords, complete card numbers, health records, or government identifiers in ordinary support correspondence. If a specific legal or transaction requirement makes additional information necessary, we will explain the purpose and an appropriate method for providing it. Any legally defined sensitive information is handled subject to the limitations applicable to its actual use.
Technical information helps the storefront respond to page requests, maintain a shopping session, detect suspicious activity, and investigate failures. Relevant records may indicate that a checkout request encountered an error without containing the full contents of a payment credential. Access to diagnostic information should be tied to the operational task involved.
Basic service operation is different from tracking a person's interests across unrelated websites for advertising. The baseline practices described in this policy do not include the latter activity. A statement that we use operational logs should not be read as authorization for undisclosed advertising profiling, recording of private messages, or collection of information unrelated to the shopping service.
Some privacy choices operate at browser level and others relate to an identifiable customer record. Deleting cookies or switching devices may remove locally stored preferences. If you use more than one browser, you may need to manage local cookie settings on each. A browser choice does not necessarily identify every transaction associated with your email address.
You may also contact us directly to explain a privacy concern. We will distinguish an opt-out request from a deletion request or a request to stop promotional email because those actions have different effects. Necessary records may remain after marketing stops, and deleting an order record does not automatically undo a completed financial transaction.
The categories described in this policy are identifiers and contact details, commercial and order information, limited payment-related records, customer-service communications, and internet or network activity needed to operate and protect the storefront. Sources are the customer, operation of the website, and providers involved in the transaction. Recipients are the service-provider categories and other recipients described above, for the stated purposes.
This description explains the baseline shopping activities covered by the policy; it is not a claim that every listed field is collected from every visitor. Where California law requires a separate notice at or before collection, that notice must be provided at the relevant collection point. Publishing a general privacy policy does not replace an additional notice or choice required for a particular activity.
Some privacy statutes apply only when a business, processing activity, or individual falls within their scope. Listing a right here does not represent that our store meets every applicability threshold in every jurisdiction. We consider the law that applies to the request and explain any relevant limitation. You may still contact us to correct an order detail or raise a privacy concern even when a particular statutory regime does not apply.
Where an applicable law requires disclosure of categories, specific information, recipients, purposes, or a portable copy, we provide the required response after proportionate verification. We do not promise access to another person's information, privileged material, or records that a valid legal exception allows us to withhold.
Verification may involve matching information you supply to information already associated with the relevant order or communication. We seek to avoid collecting a new sensitive document when a less intrusive method will suffice. If we cannot reasonably verify a request, we will explain why and consider whether a less sensitive response can be provided.
An authorized agent may need to show permission to act, and we may ask you to confirm the authorization where the law permits. We do not apply unnecessary identity checks to an opt-out request that the law requires us to process without verification. Information supplied for verification is used for verification and related security or compliance purposes.
A deletion request does not always require erasing every record immediately. Relevant exceptions may permit retention to complete a requested transaction, comply with tax or other legal obligations, prevent fraud, address security incidents, or establish and defend legal claims. We will explain a material exception rather than use recordkeeping as a blanket reason to disregard the request.
A correction can update an inaccurate contact or order-support record while preserving the historical accuracy of an invoice or transaction log where required. We distinguish correcting a fact from altering a valid record of what occurred. If we disagree that information is inaccurate, we will explain the decision and any available review route.
Transaction records are retained according to accounting, tax, payment-dispute, and contract requirements. Support records are assessed according to the unresolved issue and the need to demonstrate its resolution. Technical records are assessed according to security and troubleshooting needs. Marketing preferences may need to be retained in a limited suppression record so an unsubscribe request continues to be respected.
These criteria do not create an unlimited retention period. When the relevant need ends, information should be deleted or de-identified subject to lawful exceptions and practical backup handling. Where deletion from a backup is not immediate, the information should not be restored to ordinary use merely to avoid the effect of a valid request.
A customer outside the United States may have additional rights where the relevant law applies to our activities. These can include objection to certain processing, restriction, withdrawal of consent for consent-based activities, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal, and processing based on another valid ground may continue where permitted.
International processing must use a legally appropriate transfer mechanism where one is required. A customer's use of the website is not a blanket waiver of international-transfer protections. Contact us for information relevant to a specific transfer or request; we will not claim that the mere presence of this paragraph establishes compliance with every international privacy regime.
If a review or other public-submission feature is available and you choose to publish content, information you include may be visible to other visitors. Avoid posting order numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or another person's private details. Private support correspondence is not treated as permission to publish it as a testimonial.
Where you ask to correct or remove publicly displayed personal information, identify the relevant content so we can review the request. Removal from our storefront cannot guarantee deletion of an independent copy already made by another person, but that practical limitation does not remove an obligation to take action within our own control.
Contact us if you receive a message that appears to misuse our store identity or asks for unexpected sensitive information. Describe the message and provide only the details needed to assess it. Do not open a suspicious attachment or provide a password simply because a message mentions an order number.
Where a security incident affects personal information, we will assess the event and provide notices required by applicable law. This policy is not a guarantee that an incident can never occur. A report to customer service does not require a customer to perform a technical investigation or collect information from someone else's account.
Changes to collection purposes, recipient categories, or advertising practices can require more than editing a date. Before implementing a material new practice, we will provide the information and choices required by applicable law. Previously collected information will not automatically be repurposed merely because a revised policy is posted.
Questions about a policy change may be sent to gmin9523@gmail.com with the relevant date or paragraph. We will explain the practice at issue and the available request route. If a concern remains unresolved, you may use any complaint or appeal channel available under applicable law without being penalized for doing so.
We will publish revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or direct notice where appropriate, and obtain consent where required. A change in policy does not itself authorize a use of previously collected information that requires additional consent.
